I have changed of account number and PokerStars would not let me change it. Furthermore the other withdrawal methods are scams (muchbetter, neteller, etc). So the money is basically stuck on PokerStars and has no way out for me! Really disappointed!

I am not able to purchase any chips unless I spend $500. For any amount less than that I get an error message that my purchase was not successful. This message appears as soon as click on the green BUY button. User’s recommendation: Full of software bugs.
