App glitch, lost real money!!

Cant get ahold of PokerStars, their online directions do contacting customer service is a button that doesnt exist!!! I was in a real money tournament and the app glitched and put me as sitting out, I was not sitting out and could not get back into the game. I took screenshots as proof, I was typing in the chat section asking for help. They owe me my entry fees back for that tournament!!! BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST!!!
