Unable to upload requested documents

Poker Stars keeps putting a message on the screen everyone i try to use my chests, stars etc. Saying they need a little more information to verify my identity and that I need to upload documents. When I click on upload documents the screen doesn’t come up and the app closes. User’s recommendation: Don’t Download.

It’s simple to deposit money to your account through E post but to withdraw money it’s sent to Muchbetter wallet and cannot be retrieved.

Long story short is I can send money to Pokerstars in seconds using e transfer from my bank but Pokerstars makes me jump through hoops to withdraw my money. by sending it to Muchbetter.

Won but was not paid and system glitches and kicked me out
