These people took £550 of my 85 year old grandma for fixing a leaking tap. The tap does not leak but they left the tap totally seized up. The lying woman receptionist promised to get somebody back to fix it, but after 3 months nobody has showed up
had a small kitchen sink blockage problem which cost me only £75+VAT last time with other plumber, but they exaggerated the work and charged me over £300. hope they will be punished.
Terrible non-communication, lost shipment
The shipment was delivered on January 20 without prior call. Three times we were promised to bring the shipment without telling what time and we sat and waited all day. We have tried to call many times, but it is not possible to call any Itella phone number. We went to the warehouse ourselves, told the warehouse that the shipment was lost.
