Unsatisfied with defective product

I purchased this DinanTronicElite piggy back for my N26 which in stock form was running excellent. After installation I recieved Drivetrain Malfunction warnings. Dinan N63 E70 product failure

Dinan Engineering, DinanCars, Dinan product review: If the product doesnt work, they switch the product under “warranty” and refuse to adjust cost. When the product attempts to install and completely disables your car they refuse to cover towing, and rental expenses.
