Reconnection, bills has been payed

I paid last July 8, 2021 amounting to 1290 then I found out that the amount I paid is not enough, so I paid again July 12, 2021 amounting to 200 pesos. The payment I made is thru GCash.

Internet lost connection

Lost of connection need reimbursement for lost hour or work. Really inconvenience to me as an employee working from home.. need credit of those lost hours.
