PLDT wifi postpaid no internet connection

Good afternoon.ang concern ko po ay hindi naman po magamit ang aming pldt postpaid wireless na dumating nung june 12 ung modem.halos wala naman signal ung inooffer na pldt wireless.ang inapplyan ko kc ung fiber plan.sana nmn magawan nyo ng paraan na makabitan na ako ng fiber.hnd naman po kc kaya itong temporary na sinasabi nyo.pakiayos naman...
