Damage, poor service
At the beginning of May I took my car for repair. I was welcomed by one of the car service staff, who will also take responsibility for my BMW. The following story is a classic - instead of the seven days provided by the car service, I spent a month and practically every day the car was ready, so we have to wait for some details, do some recent work, etc. One evening, when, in the name of an employee, he was working diligently in the service, I went there to see what was the reason for such a long repair. When I arrived at the service, it became clear to me at once - no one was working at the car. The windows of the car service were dark and the doors were locked. When I arrived at the service in the evening and came to my BMW in the evening, I had a sad view. The whole cabin was dismantled, the wires were cut in the engine compartment and the electric windows were not working. I said that I would not leave the car with them for a long time and called the tow truck and the cost of car repairs had doubled after this service visit.
