Wait Time

In the Spices branch to remove the card you have to wait an hour in a row. The guy standing in front is so running inside / out and not even trying to help. It is good to receive the card in the mail, but unfortunately the Isic card must show a statement that must be made in person. I left in an hour - wasted time and negative emotions...
