I paid $344 USD + $45 USD shipping Since 2015 I have received numerous emails explaining the various delays in shipping. In 2017 I got an email checking on the delivery address, which I confirmed. The last email update was received in March 2018 indicating: "PT Support Mon 12/03/2018 7:48 AM Production of Prado Art Series Luggage has been scheduled for April. We hope to begin shipping in May. Thank you for your patience and continued support. Sincerely, Planet Traveler Team" I have since sent regular emails and have phoned, leaving a detailed phone message, but have not had any reply since March 2018. At this point, I would like a full REFUND.
