Pit boss smoker not working

My pit boss pro series is giving the over heat code. It is only on for 15 minutes or so and even when I set it at 150 degrees. I get the ER4 code every time.

Defective ultimate

I recently purchased the pit boss ultimate. I have only used it twice. On the charcoal side after one use the enamel all around the thermostat is gone. It is basically just flat paint now. 2 burner table top gas grill

Both knobs that ignite and adjust flame just turn and turn. cant light or adjust flame. This unit is registered with you when i bought it. it was a great grill until now. Its useless. What are we gonna do about it ?? User’s recommendation: wait till i get a response.
