Reception
So last night, after a little sitting with friends, I decided to go to a Wolmar hotel with my girlfriend to enjoy solitude, we arrive around 03. 00, the hotel works from 00-24, so around the clock, the door was closed, I called, didn't go for 10 minutes, swelled up, unhappy with life and annoyed woman in young age, woke me up, correct me if I'm wrong but she's at work and she doesn't deserve to sleep, we went to the reception desk, neither yesterday nor smile, nor did I ask what we wanted.. I asked for a room, I needed an ID, OK, since I pay for a room I think I only need an ID, it turns out that if my girlfriend doesn't have an ID I can sleep alone, according to the tone of the hotel employee talked to me I have hit the CTM of Bendigo police (sutkas),I was in shock, OK, we did everything, gave me the key cards, told me where the room was and after the employee's physiomy I realized that she no longer wants to see us, we went upstairs, I opened the room, there are 2 single beds, shock again, I think it is the hotel's employee to tell me at the very beginning before I take a room that there are no rooms with a double bed left, instead of giving me a room with single beds on my own head, I think a mess has come up and I went downstairs to talk to a disgruntled employee, I didn't have a conversation, I don't like it, I can go away! I don't know how it is in Australia with customer service, but I recently came from Scotland, and I changed hotels there every week, in none of the former hotels where I was left without such rude and indifferent customer service. I'm not happy and it was the first and last time I went to the Wolmar Hotel, a 4 star hotel with 1 star service.
