How to return the item back
Hello, I  share my experience. Maybe something useful: It  is very difficult to send the product back. I have been trying to do this since September 19, I receive e-mails 3 times that the "courier" will be in 2-3 days, but there is neither a courier nor a call... I called the office, by the way a toll-free phone, the girl speaks that received only I reminded my LAST that I still want to take the product back and that the courier, sometimes, called and drove, but I was not there WORKING DAY WORKING HOURS : ) ) ) ) funny : ) ) ) to the Consumer Protection Center. Let's struggle with lawyers and additional expenses after that : )   Idea: there is no reputation for this store. Don't lie to customers so vaguely!  Sincerely, Julia
