Impossible to contact a live person with questions about HO insurance. Called four different “customer service” numbers and went into the same endless loop of “press 8, press 4, press 2”. User’s recommendation: If at all possible, avoid this company. Complain to your mortgage holder about PHH as a servicing company. HORRIBLE – non-existent – customer service.
