This is the worst company. You cannot ever get anyone that speaks clear English. When you escalate the call to a supervisor they are no more help than the first person. I was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting on the department that handles special accounts and no one ever picked up so I called again.... Read more ➤
Attempting to set up second re-fi in less than two years for auto pay and will not allow. Contact guidance was simply the web flow and just hit the same wall and first payment due 1 January.
