I need to reprogram my remote

They couldn’t help me reprogram their sound bar. I’m waiting for an email from their next level up to help reprogram it. I hope this is going to work. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy polk.

Issues with magnifi max

We paid $700.00 for this surround system And all of sudden it stops producing sound when I switch tv stations and it times out on it own And after I talked to tech support the light on the sound bar is always orange and still has the same issues User’s recommendation: Don’t buy.

No sound from Signa2 from tv

I hooked up my sound bar as instructed. But I get no sound from my tv through the sound bar. But my iPhone does work through it. Is it because my tv has no Bluetooth? If so is there anything I can do to get it to work? Thank you.
