What's going on?

Anything going on with Oakland traffic? On the 22nd route of the trolleybus... the e-ticket had expired and I had to buy a ticket at the driver's seat, I did not have a similar price and the lower amount of money was 5ls, which I also gave. (Those 5ls were folded in half) someone mentioned waiting for the driver to take the money to buy a ticket. I noticed that his viewer was upset / depressed. Then he spent 5 lls and started screaming at me - someone, I give him the money - or I couldn't fold the banknotes again (his their money twitched and urged - well that did not break: D) I never imagined not to give money that is folded because that trail makes their job harder... - well it really wasn't for them.. but is that why it should be allowed? Well c'mon I understand - it was a hard day, but should you spoil the mood of others at the beginning? As far as I read on this website, there are quite a few incidents with Oakland Traffic employees - so the suggestion for Oakland Traffic to release your employees to a psychiatrist?!
