Itella - reading the reviews, I realized that another classic story about the delivery of small packages from Germany. Sending from Germany with deutsche postt / dhl they fall into the hands of itella and miracles began. Outside Melbourne, it absolutely does not take into account the customer's times, imposes its delivery time and tries to agree on a more convenient, shamelessly responsible: the courier travels on the route (convenient for himself). Respectively, there is no such possibility. Cool answer, especially if you pay for their services. After the first unsuccessful delivery, Lapina left. I called the office, indicating the times from which you can call the next day, or starting from 12. 00. For cats, calls and sms in the period from 10. 00-11. 00. When calling the office, the answer: the courier is on the route, so he called. Fantastic persecution,ride like a passenger bus everyone else has to adjust. Change route? You're afraid to lure an extra liter of fuel and drive an extra mile. Delivery outside Melbourne after 17. 00 does not exist as a species. One would think that everyone does it as if they are sitting on the spot from 8. 00 to 17. 00 and are waiting for an itella representative to come. Saturday Sunday? You do, rest as a public authority. About shameless text: if there are 3 unsuccessful deliveries we will send them back, I will even be silent. To sum up: if you want to defeat your enemy, suggest that he ask you to send something from Germany using deutsche postt / dhl.
