THE ATTORNEY GENERAL NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY. THEIR RETURN POLICY IS A SCAM TO MAKE FREE MONEY OFF THE BACKS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from Paula Young.

I ordered 1 wig but never got a confirmation on order. I tried to call but could not reach anyone. So being stupid I resent another wig order thinking the first one was not sent.

I finally reached a representative on the phone. They said 1st wig was in process to be shipped and couldn’t be stopped. The 2nd wig was still in warehouse and could not be cancelled. I was told to just return the 2nd one. But neithe I had ordered a wig a few years ago…

Very dissatisfied with this company. Several months ago I purchased a wig from them. I returned the wig , however I noticed that they were billing me monthly. A charge of $14.95 for a platinum plus.
