Impossible to contact anyone from this company. It’s like they don’t exist. When you have a problem you will not get it resolved.
Yes still have a bad j box after exchanging last one with Menards. The current one does not light at all. If I put a standard led in place it works fine. Very frustrating and wow what a waste of time!!! User’s recommendation: Buy something else.
Ordered lighting fixtures and was short wall mounting clips from three (3) of the packages. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************ User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your time.
I clear snow from my Palm Island lanscape lighting kits and found 3 screws missing that retain the top lids to bottom assemlbies. I.E. Palm Island single light assembly E001’0707. The lids shift and allow snow in the light assembly. So far no LED have gone out, but I need replacement screws that appear to be metric....
