Damaged cabinet edge
In November, I ordered a cabinet for Optimus furniture that was meant to be a gift. Came relatively quickly. On November 22, we are happy to collect the closet. The next day it is planned to screw the cabinet together, but with the unpacking of the parts, everything started and ended. One wall of the closet is cracked. I take the damaged part of the closet to the store, where the seller takes a photo of it and sincerely promises that we will receive a new closet wall by the end of the month, that is, by November 30. I look forward to today! I have already called the store three times, but each time the attitude becomes more and more unkind. The last time I called was on December 8, where I was told that the part of the closet would be on December 10. I haven't expected the call either. I also don't have the damaged parts anymore, because the seller persuaded me to leave the store. Top customers are advised to think carefully before purchasing OPTIMUSS FURNITURE. I made the mistake of not reading customer reviews before purchasing the product. I will never, ever buy again in this store. Previous complaints have even stated that the buyer waits half a year for the missing part.
