Paid in advance $46.79 and they say could not get confirmation number and proceeded to charge me $62.75

They printed out the information for my advance payment and yet had no confirmation number to verify I ever made a reservation. Called and talked with Manager Jeff cgarge who proceeded to put me on hold for about 15 minutes and could still not verify my advance…

Horrendous Parking Experience

Compensation should be provided for waiting 2 hours and 10 minutes (130 minutes total) to Get Out of the parking lot. There were only 2 gates open and many customers because of a Special Event! Lack of Planning!!!
