Item lost

Terrible lost your item then have to wait 7-14 days for it to be looked at but been waiting 10 days up until the delivery date will never use again. User’s recommendation: Use Royal Mail.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 31 March at the latest and still has not arrived. I have tried contacting you several times via live chat but screen just jumps to same questions with no response User’s recommendation: Poor at the moment.

Failed collection…again

I have not had my parcel collected for the second time this week, having stayed in specifically both days! You have emailed me on both occasions saying that the courier was unable to pick up.
