Complete con artists. My parcel was never delivered took out insurance and took weeks for them to process the claim then rejected it saying item was on their restricted list which it wasnt and no contact number to dispute this with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY User’s recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM.

Parcel collection

I have booked DHL via Parcel2Go for collection but until now 6 pm still no driver come to pick up the parcel from my house
Dreadful, they lost my parcel, rejected my insurance claim and I am unable to contact them to find out why! this is not the first either worst is there is no way to contact them to discuss DO NOT USE!!! User’s recommendation: DO NOT USE.

Driver not delivered

Delivery driver said he could deliver due to no access, which is utter garbage, I’d been tracking the delivery since 8.30am and by 10am they couldn’t deliver, I was open and there were no restrictions to access. Before Brexit I used Parcel2go regularly to ship from UK to Spain. Never any problems usually with DPD. Since Brexit all 3 parcels sent were returned. The last came back after nearly 10 weeks.
