Failed claim attempt

Kept asking for photos that had been sent trying to wriggle out of claim. However my email did the trick and this has now been all sorted and paid in full with no further ado. User’s recommendation: Ensure you have photos of everything before posting an item.

Delay/lost items

Exceedingly late delivery of a parcel and inability to claim back postage charges

On the 17/08/2020 I booked a delivery reference P2G7691**** for an item I had sold on E-bay On the 25/08/2020 I made a claim for a non-delivery and in the meantime refunded the purchaser for the item as it had not been delivered On the 09/09/2020 my claim was rejected…
