I paid to stay for two days not in the week the order goes and comes back but no one comes home in the morning there is no afternoon I said well in the morning or afternoon to take this crap

P2G9157**** – Return of parcel which is supposed to be in the US with no explanation.

I’ve just received a parcel back to my house which was collected on 28 June and which I believed was in transit to the USA. No explanation and website shows as still in transit leaving me unable to raise a query.

Passed the buck a bit

French Import duty paid on faulty goods but not refunded after goods returned to the UK for full refund. Parcel 2 go said it was up to the customer to reclaim the duty he paid but the French customs have no way to do that User’s recommendation: make sure your item description is very thorough.
