Hermes won’t collect my parcel. I booked parcel P2G90718**** through you to be collected by Hermes on June 3rd. Waited in all day and nobody came. Non collection of parcel

Waited in all day and parcel not collected. Only offered to rearrange delivery. Not happy with wasting a day waiting in for the courier. They say collection is not guaranteed even though its booked for that day. User’s recommendation: Go elsewhere.
