Dissatisfied with store experience

Betrayal from store manager Chelsea who promised 50% off purchase of apply for a credit card also stated it would be a soft credit pull. Received a 10% off and its a hard inquiry which made my score decrease by 3 pts. Green Acres Mall Valley Stream Ny location. User’s recommendation: Please shop another location.
