Poor service

I am very dissatisfied, one order is delayed for three weeks, Membershop itself pleads guilty to the supplier and delays the execution of the order for the next week and so for three weeks, come together that I have been waiting for my sneakers for two months. This morning, another unpleasant surprise, the announcement that another order will not be fulfilled due to a system error, namely the sweaters, which I have been waiting for for a month, I will not receive. Well, this was my last order, I am not ready to cooperate with such a service and I do not recommend it to others.
