I have not received the product poor service possible fraud.
I have not received a special lamp (spotlight). I ordered the product on 14.11.2019. The time was indicated when will be delivered on 22.11. 2019 Gertrudes Street 94a. I received a confirmation sms when I can remove the product on 22.11.2019. Arrived on 22.11.2019 did not wait for sms or call. I called on Monday 25.11.2019 answered the contact phone that not knowing when to find out the product and call back, I did not receive the call again. I called the next day 26.11. Where again they replied that they had been deported and that to find out where they were and called back, no one called again. I called the next day 27.11. And, unfortunately, the same situation. To the questions to say the address so I can write an application to them for a refund and moral compensation answered with them when they say nothing to me.I can't write submissions to them.
