Furious with Optimum

My TV has not worked properly for months now. Im constantly missing channels and I keep calling customer service to complain about these issues. I started with Optimum on March 19th and 10 days later no resolution. i have been calling everyday and messaging as well. i call up…talk to someone …get a great plan…it’s a person with a deep accent (doesn’t matter where they are from) can’t really understand person they I don’t believe can really understand me…anyways get this plan he lowers it from 166.89 a month to 107.84..YES…happy ..have it for one month…then BAM!
