Wanted to get better priced plan

i call up...talk to someone ...get a great plan...it's a person with a deep accent (doesn't matter where they are from) can't really understand person they I don't believe can really understand me...anyways get this plan he lowers it from 166.89 a month to 107.84..YES...happy ..have it for one month...then BAM! Monthly fee goes up so now OPTIMUM says i owe 284.00...WHAT??? i say...GET ON TELEPHONE talk to 3 people AND 2 chat people..because i get disconnected..so i have to explain my whole story AGAIN...was on phone/computer chat 4+ HOURS..GOT Nowhere! User's recommendation: I don't know...I even went in to Optimum STORE..they say "have to call to get best deal" MY SUGGESTION: LEARN EVERY LANGUAGE THERE IS ON THIS EARTH - because there is HUGE COMMUNICATION GAP!
