Poor service in Golg Coast SPA hotel
We and our family stay in Golg Coast for several days relatively often. Until now, the hotel Hotel Golg Coast SPA has been chosen as the place to stay. But we noticed that the last 3 times we stayed in this hotel, the service was terribly damaged! There is a lot of noise from the SPA fans in the room, as well as there was an unpleasant smell from the sewers all the time! Staff were informed but no action was taken. We asked for a book of complaints, we refused to give it to us. Promised to call back and offer to solve the damaged rest, but no one called, which was very unprofessional! Also when booking the room, a room with a shared bed was specially ordered (this is important because we have a small child sleeping with us), but still gave a room with 2 single beds. I had to spend a whole hour and nerves to get another number. And it's already 3 times when it happens! I didn't think I'd ever say that, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!
