Refilling the conditioner with a coupon

I bought a coupon online for 0.50 USD for refilling the conditioner. Normal price 40 USD, with a coupon 17.90 USD + 0.50 USD coupon. When I called them to sign up for the so-called queue, they rushed every time they would take me without a queue - I don't think there are any customers for them. When I arrived, I waited 30 minutes. Then gave to sign a suspicious page that I myself am responsible for everything that has already damaged the car. Then I took the car and after 5-10 minutes I called and it showed that the air conditioning tube was damaged and all the freon was released. Everything would be nothing, but then they automatically offered to replace me with a new one for an order of 70 USD or to replace an existing one for 50 USD. He concluded that there was about 3 hours of work. This would still be nothing, as there is no forced case to buy these expensive services, which have not yet been tested by another service. Not to mention the time resource. Then I say, nothing - I'll come another time I fix the pipe. Then I took back my conditioner refill coupon. They say in no case, because seeing their refills I have done and if I got everything out of the air, it is my own fault. And strictly stated that you will have to pay this or that! Around the car stood some 3-4 men, as if employees and one with fair hair were the determinants of which dictates the debts - how much will cost. He is in the office next to the secretary. All transferees, as the seafarers will just listen and remain silent. Only one in the middle managed to insert a word of mouth that they could fix everything and take the car from anywhere and take it to any place. They had my car keys in hand, which I seemed to want to pick up, but they didn't give in with the idea that they would get closer to the exit. The car will be locked, but called to the office to pay for a well-done service. The employee will park inside the service area just before the closed field. The secretary hurried to knock out the check and light track so I paid the price of the cover. Only then did the other employee give me the car keys. This whole process made me think about the 90's, when everything happened without words, but with deeds. They made it clear to me that I wouldn't be leaving until I paid, as evidenced by their gazes - the staff from the sheep herd turned into a herd of wolves! Conclusion: never buy coupons for any car repair shops, because usually only those who want to tear money down and do not have their own regular customer base will advertise in this way. But if you buy again, read on to see if there are any complaints and there are many for this office.
