They cheated me out of 5″ of hair!!!!

I ordered a 22″ Raw Cambodian HD lace frontal in straight texture and they sent me an 18″ that was barely even 18″. I emailed pictures and videos and even made a dispute on the payment website but the company literally refused to acknowledge saying that I was measuring it wrong and I needed to measure it...
