Poor service
I bought my phone at the RD online store, everything went well, but after 1.5 years my Nokia Lumia 925 phone simply by itself turned off.I tried to turn on in every way, but nothing, the phone did not even accept the charger. Then I remembered that I still had to have a warranty and took the phone to the nearest store in Burnaby - it was 26.06.16, I was told that everything would be repaired within 30 days. I received an SMS around 1.08, it was written that you can receive the phone in our store. I was glad to finally have my phone back. However, when I was ready to go to the store, I got a call from the store itself and said that a phone had been sent, but he had not been repaired. So I didn't understand anything about what was really going on there. We told me for more than a month that I would bring a new Nokia Lumia 925 from Quebec. Well, I started waiting again . It's already 24.09-I'm still waiting for my phone. I don't know what to do!
