Duplicate Payment.

Booked Cab at 5.05pm from Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. The driver insisted for cash payment, assured the money would not be deducted. But the amount of Rs716.00 also got deduct from my y OLA money. User’s recommendation: This practice of cheating customers must stop.

Paid the driver in cash for a trip and postpaid money was also deducted

I took a ola cab ride on 12th April 2021 from Ananthapuram to Begur Road. The trip fare was Rs 580. The driver Pavankumar CR, requested me to pay him in cash and I paid him Rs 600 (20 rupees tip).
