The ride i took ok 13/8/21 to mambalam-guindy taluk office from Saligramam showed ride cost of rs 68 but in the drivers mobile it showed rs 118. The reason for rs 50 extra was that i had cancelled a ride before. Customers cancel rides all the time you cant be charging 50 rs each time we cancel. I demand a refund if rs 50 or make ny next ride free. If not i will be taking actions. Thank you.
