Poor service
Hello! I am very unpleasantly surprised by the treatment of customers in the MelluZhi post office. I got a call, but when I wanted to go to the MelluZhi post office the next day, it was gone. Although I no longer had a call, I decided to go because I had received it the day before and I thought it would be easy to find it. Employees at Sloka Post Office are very responsive, so I think that will be the case at MelluZhi Post Office as well, and invitations are not lost, but it happens to everyone. Anyway, I went to the post office, waited for my queue, explained the situation. From the first moment, the lady answered me in a very dissatisfied tone, rebuked me for the lost call, went into the warehouse for a moment, looked at one of the small corners after my packet. Then came back and in an even more dissatisfied tone told me that I was waiting for a repeated call, which has to wait 6 days. Didn't try to help me in any way, didn't ask any questions, just made me feel small and black? Should employees really treat customers like that? I work in the field of service myself and I know that this is not normal. I'll change the post office just so I don't have to receive parcels at the MelluZhi post office!
