They over work their staff members
We were to board on Monday at midday,but eventually got on board at 9.45pm ,after standing in line outside the cruise terminal in Vancouver. Our scheduled visit to Seattle was cancelled with no explanation given except $100 on board credit given to my wife and I. Single passengers also received this.

Terrible waxing quality
I bought a coupon for sugar waxing ahead of time. A few days ago I was in a vspa salon for a procedure.
