Excessive wait time to speak with Customer Service regarding a recent order. I ordered ordered a pair of Sam Edelman Felicia Flats, logged on to check arrival day.

I was surprised to see the package was shipped to a previous address from 4 years ago. I have been receiving my bill at my current address. So, I called their 24/7 customer service line. What happened to my package

I ordered a pair of fluffy yeah slides. When I tracked my order it said it was at a sort facility it never updated than when I checked again it said it was delivered. I never recieved my shoes and cant get in contact with anyone from customer service. My name is Frances Preston please help thanks.
