Excessive wait time to speak with Customer Service regarding a recent order. I ordered ordered a pair of Sam Edelman Felicia Flats, logged on to check arrival day.

I was surprised to see the package was shipped to a previous address from 4 years ago. I have been receiving my bill at my current address. So, I called their 24/7 customer service line. The first time I waited on hold for 45 minutes and no answer. Btw, call was placed at 11:30pm. Called again following morning; I am still on hold for now 1 hour and 50 minutes. Obviously, there is no one working. Change the outgoing message for Gods sake if you are not taking calls . My package has not actually shipped and could possibly be intercepted to correct address if you were taking calls. This company used to be shinning stars, now they cant even twinkle. I will not be back once I get my orders. Almost 2 hour on hold is horrible service. User's recommendation: I realize we’re in a Pandemic but if you don’t want to serve the customers, then stop selling online or fix phone system to use email only. This is absolutely the most ridiculous system I have ever seen. You’ve got to sweat the details, Nordstrom!!
