Pissed never reimbursed me for my water cooler

I tried and I have tried to get them to reimburse me but they have not. This company continues to reimburse me. User’s recommendation: Do not get coverage from this company.

They lie and do not help you

Told me that we had protection on everything in our house and come to find out we are only covered if we have a surge to our tvs. And they will only give you a credit if you pay a higher price. Otherwise you just lose your money. User’s recommendation: Do not trust them.

This company does not stand behind reimbursement for my water cooler that was damaged due to an electrical surge.

My water cooler was damaged due to an electrical surge. Total due to me to replace is $167.99. I submitted all necessary documents in October 21,2020. As of to date I have not received my reimbursement. User’s recommendation: Discontinue service.
