I called the customer service number that was given to me at the time of my purchase. I want to return the item, but the number I called was disconnected.
Got a call from a collector seen it was $61 and some cents and when I called Ninja I said I never received the coffee maker and she said well we might not have that coffee maker but you get a refund you might have to pay the $61.70 first I did now I’m waiting
The hours of the call center werent posted so I went through the whole process just to be informed that the call center was closed
I received my replacement pitcher for my ninja blender. I used it about seven times and tonight I went to put it on to blend a smoothie and when I twisted it and place the handle part came away from the screws. Its only my daughter and I, so I know neither one of us are rough...
