Faulty blade base, burning smell & leaking

In a little over two year period I’ve been through 2 smoothie blades and a motor base. Customer service wasn’t very helpful.

Have a multi cooker locked with good in it.

Cooker will not open and it has food in it. Got no emergency help from Ninja kitchen. Try again on Monday, then fight 2 pounds spoiled beans and sausage.
