Failure to fulfill obligations, misleading customers
Due to irresponsible actions of FedEx employees, the shipment was not delivered abroad. FedEx was paid AU$ 24. 88, where it was promised that the shipment would be delivered to the recipient within 7 days. How did FedEx deliver? Initially, due to an error by the staff of the Australian FedEx Sorting Center, the parcel was sent to Lithuania. From New Zealand - back to Australia. Three days lost. Then from Australia to shame. But there are also professionals working there, who sent the package not further - to the destination, to Germany, but back to Australia. As a result, the 6-day time package rushed from one country to another, on what grounds? - No! The answer from the customer service of the Lithuanian FedEx was expected - the Australian side failed. No answer was received from Eauna as well. I had to use express mail services to deliver the goods to the recipient. Due to the misrepresentation of customers and the failure to fulfill their obligations, the FedEx immediately filed a complaint and an application with a claim to return the money paid for the service. It's not been 6 days since it was released, and the money hasn't been returned.
