Child Torture

Hello! I would like to file a complaint and warn all parents about a specific nursing infectious disease center - Evita Juksinska. My child (10men. ) Was tortured for 1 h and 15 min. - because veins could not be found! Is this normal? I went myself and took them, it's crazy. The child was worried, stressed, red. The hands, the cabins are pierced blue. I'm shocked!
