We never signed any agreement. nor did we orally agree to switching to this company from our previous electric supplier. No idea how this is legal or how we are responsible to pay for a fraudulent account on a bill from our actual electric company!?!?!????!!!!!!!
Somehow I got switched to them without my knowledge. I throw all the letters that come with AEPs letterhead trying to get me to switch. Luckily AEP sent me an email about the switch and I had time to call and cancel. I’m glad I did. From the reviews I’ve seen here it is a good thing...
