Pizza Lulu is a very irresponsible and unpleasant pizzeria! JO - I ordered a pizza, I received a promo code, take one pizza for another free of charge and this code didn't work (I had done everything correctly!), As a result I brought one pizza and how much I had paid for then no one was going to return the money or correct the order! Refusing with the words "The pizza has been baked, the money has been paid and the courier is already here... " After a lot of effort and correspondence, I still got my second pizza... Next - I ordered a pizza (with a promo code, respectively, carried two) and if I do not receive it within 49 minutes then it is due for free, parcik, lulu pizza had some problems, the pizza was brought later than 49 minutes! I found it so that it appeared on the phone 49 minutes after accepting the order and when I received an sms with the text: "Express your opinion https: // lulu... " I approached the window and the car was moving for another 2-3 seconds, driving to my apartment entrance! I asked the courier if it was not too late and he refused to arrive in exactly 49 minutes! Now I had ordered my next pizza and received a promo code and this code didn't work when I wanted to order a pizza and when I called I was denied that I would only be able to review it on weekdays! And these are just a small part of how disgusting and ungrateful the service and attitude of lulu pizza is. Nailed staff! Especially in the technical part - incompetent green cucumbers who do not understand anything from the field in which they work!
