I couldn’t get the results for tracking my card.I kept getting transferred from one person to another which was very frustrating.Netspend need to hire people for their customer sevice department that care about their customers. User’s recommendation: Do not call if don’t want to get frustrated.
I’ve called 105 time to netspend over 1 weeks time and talked to 3 people about my situation and they still didn’t help me. I got a new card in the mail and haven’t used card in a year and can’t remember my account information.. User’s recommendation: Don’t use netspend. You cannot get a humanisto help.

I ordered a stock vacuum cleaner, I got to wait a whole month until I received it, when I opened the shipment I was already glad that I was at the super property, but your frustration... fixtures were broken, filters fell out - product discards... Thank you for the "quality"
